Kolios Sea Side apartment is a wonderful and unique independent apartment, that offers you the opportunity to have a completely relaxing holiday in an environment that feels just like it was your own holiday home.

It is a very comfortable family apartment, equipped with all items necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay, and just five steps away from the beach.

The apartment provides a comfortable balcony that allows you to enjoy wonderful views to Kolios Bay and it's surrounding area.

On Kolios beach you will find a restaurant and rental sun beds and umbrellas. The beach is never too busy and attracts people that desire refreshing swimming and complete relaxation.

Kolios Sea Side Apartment is located just a few meters walking distance from the bus stop, where one bus takes you in the direction of Koukounaries and all the beaches on the way to it, and the other one takes you into town.
In the direct environment of this apartment there are several supermarkets on very short distance, as well as car rentals.

There are some very nice restaurants nearby, and the next beach is Agia Paraskevi, where lot's of shops, restaurants and bars are located.

How to find us

If you arrive by airplane: Take a taxi form the airport

If you arrive by boat or hydrofoil: Take the bus at the end of the harbour
(Kolios is bus stop number 15. bus departs every 15 minutes)
Distance from the bus stop to the apartment: 50 meters.
Or you take a taxi from the harbour.

If you arrive by private boat: You can moor at the bay of Kolios.

Next to the apartment there are 2 simple but comfortable studios, that offer the same breath taking views from the balcony. They have 2 single beds, a shower room and a kitchenette.

50% deposit of the total amount, at the time of reservation
For cancellations 21 days prior the arrival, the 25% of the deposit is refundable
No refund applies for cancellations made within the 21 days.
Payment method: Cash. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, and the remaining amount during your stay in Irini's house.
