The spacious Cape Pounta Villas are two brand new, high quality villas, beautifully landscaped and surrounded by pine and olive trees. They offer a breathtaking view of Skiathos town, harbour and sea, from its many terraces. Entering into the top floor of these lovely two-storey houses, the large open-planned space includes a kitchen, dining area with a big wooden dining table. Living room with comfortable sofas and a cosy fire place. There are plenty of windows to admire the view and doors leading out to a terrace. The room has open wood-beamed ceilings and wooden floors with Spanish ceramic tiles and each area is decorated in a warm style.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. There is a small WC on this level of the house.

A stairway near the entrance leads down to the lower level where there are three bedrooms each tastefully decorated, one with en-suite bathroom. There is another bathroom in the hallway to share for the two other bedrooms.

All bedrooms have optional double or twin coco-mat beds, and all have doors leading to the pool and garden area.

Cape Pounta Villas are beautifully landscaped and have a gated entrance.

These elegantly designed houses are in modern-traditional style and spills down the steep hillside, giving it spectacular views to Skiathos town, harbour and Aegean Sea, from each terrace.

Each villa has its private swimming pool with connected hydro massage pool. From here, whether swimming or sunbathing, the same dazzling views are enjoyed from long sunny afternoons until watching the sun set.

Close to pool you also find a built an elaborate barbecue and dining area with outdoor kitchen facilities.

The villas are surrounded by Mediterranean pine and olive trees. Situated on the top of peninsula Pounta, it is reached in approximately 10 minutes drive from the port town of Skiathos, were you’ll find tavernas, shops and nightlife suitable to everyone.

Boats depart from Skiathos Town's waterfront on a regular basis to a variety of beaches.

How to get there

You can fly directly to Skiathos or through Athens and Thessalonica from where you continue or by domestic flights or by bus and boat. From Thessalonica you can go directly by hydrofoils.

The owner will meet you upon arrival, with the car which is included in the price.

The reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 30% deposit, and remaining balance is settled on arrival. No refund applies for cancellations made less than two months prior to arrival. Minimum stay is 7 days.
