Eleni Villas are a small development of four apartments and a studio, available for rent, set on a hillside in an acre of land, screened by mature olive trees for privacy & facing due south to maximize sunshine. Views look out over the green valley of Troulos towards the sea.

There is a swimming pool to the left of the apartments.

It is approximately 10 minutes walk to the beach & 5 minutes to the main road where you can access supermarkets & tavernas. Here you can catch the bus to town which runs every 15 minutes. 

Skiathos Town is 6 miles from Troulos & the bus takes around 15 minutes to get there. The local beaches are sandy & slope gently into the sea providing very safe swimming for adults & children.

• No. 1 apartment - sleeps 2 - 4. It has one bedroom & a large lounge with 2 bed settees, kitchen/dining area & bathroom and a large "L" shaped balcony.

• No. 2 apartment - sleeps up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed & the other with bunk beds)  a  lounge with 2 bed settees, kitchen & bathroom and a large covered balcony with tables and chairs.

• No. 3 studio - has one large bedroom/kitchen area, a shower room and patio.

• No. 5 apartment - sleeps up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms, a  large lounge with a double bed sofa, kitchen/dining area, bathroom and a patio with tables and chairs.
