The location offers a stunning view of the countryside from its hilltop position. Unfolding beneath it one can view the surrounding hillsides and forested valleys all the way down until they meet the sea. Sunsets over the Kechria Bay towards Pillion are spectacular!

Mediterranean climate full of mountain scents at an altitude of 350m and only a 12 min drive from the Port of Skiathos.
The Fairyland is surrounded by numerous excellent walking paths and trails leading to Kechria, Kastro, Agios Charalambos, Monasteries of Evaggelistria and Kounistra, etc. Car hire will be necessary for easy access to the variety of mountains and coastal areas.
An organically cultivated garden will provide the season vegetables for the guests while two famous restaurants are in close proximity to the Villa: Profitis Ilias and Pizzaria Panorama.
The house retains spacious accommodation, extensive terraces and an outdoor barbeque.
