Villa Ilida is a luxurious villa set in peace and quiet and "away from it all" with an ecological swimming pool.

It is surrounded by olive trees and forest, a stream bed and fruit trees.

Although it is tucked away in complete privacy. Villa Ilida is only 5 minutes drive away from the nearest beaches, shops and tavernas.

Description of the villa

Villa Ilida is a spacious detached villa on two levels with country views. The villa is finished and equipped to a very good standard. It is a big and very luxurious newly built villa. The ground floor is 145m2, and the upstairs area is 60m2. The living room with the kitchen are 70 m2. The bedrooms are 18m2 big. Floors are from white granite. Set in 2 acres of its own ground with private swimming pool (with the latest technology, with salt water, no chlorine.) This luxury villa Ilida is ideal for people seeking privacy and tranquillity. There are restaurants and tavernas near by. Only 5 min from the beautiful beaches of Kolios and Agia Paraskevi (Platanias).

ΒΙΛΑ ΙΛΙΔΑ Ειναι μια πολυτελεις Βιλα σε ενα ησυχο περιβαλον με 10 x 5Μ οικολογικη πισινα [χωρις χλωριο].
