Karavotsakisma House

Karavotsakisma House has four beautifully arranged studios and a two bedroom apartment.
They are attractively decorated and have interiors finished with terracotta floor tiles, marble and pine.
Their private terraces bordered by jasmine, bougainvillea and wisteria look out over the gardens to the sea and mountains beyond.

Studio apartments (sleep 2) each individually designed but all comprising open plan bed/sitting room with either double or twin beds, and kitchen leading on to a private garden terrace with a dining table overlooking the sea; bathroom with shower. And in all accommodations .....

Lephteris House

Lephteris House with two bedrooms is situated in the garden below Karavotsakisma House. It has beautiful sea views yet being almost hidden provides privacy on its spacious terraces.
The design, finish and furnishings are of a high standard.
All rooms have sea views and French windows onto terraces.
A private doorway leads through onto the pool terrace.

Korakoneri Villa:

Villa Korakoneri in a private secluded situation on a hillside of pine trees below Karavotsakisma House. This comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated villa with three bedrooms is the largest and most luxurious.  The floors throughout, the bathrooms and the kitchen surfaces are marble. The two large terraces provide sun or shade, stunning views and privacy.
All rooms have sea views with French windows opening onto a terrace or balcony. 
 

Provisions and services in all accommodations:

 ..... Kitchens have marble surfaces and are equipped with full cookers, fridge freezers, electric kettles, coffee makers and toasters, irons & ironing board; Cool boxes/bags and parasols for use on the beach.
..... Bedrooms are supplied with fans, heaters, hair-dryers and mosquito machines. Bed linen and towels are changed regularly.
..... Cleaning is daily.
..... Safety deposit boxes are in each accommodation.
..... Wireless internet access available in the grounds (with own laptop)
..... Available for infants; cots, high chairs, bed-rail, car seat & toys. Baby-sitting can be arranged with the house keeper.
..... On arrival there will be fresh flowers, complementary drinks in the fridge and provisions for the first mornings breakfast.

Car hire inclusive of insurance is provided in conjunction with these accommodations.
