Ανάμεσα σε 2 καταπληκτικές αμμουδιές, ο Βασιλιάς και οι Αχλαδιές, βρίσκονται τα 2 στούντιο και τα 2 διαμερίσματα τα οποία μαζί συντελούν το κατάλυμα "Μαρίνα".

Η περιοχή αυτή είναι σε απόσταση περίπου 2,5 χιλιόμετρα άπο την πόλη της Σκιάθου.

Στην περιοχή αυτή υπάρχουν διάφορες ταβέρνες και σούπερ μάρκετ.

Villa Marina is situated on the hill between Achladies Beach and Vasilias Beach with superb views over the Aegean to the Kalamaki Peninsular and the islands of Tsoungria and Tsoungriaki.

Both beaches are a 10 minute stroll away.

At Achladies there are several tavernas and two supermarkets whilst at Vasilias, there is another taverna.

Τα στούντιο είναι δύκλινα με τηλεόραση, dvd, κλιματισμό, κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη, wc, βεράντα, με υπέροχη θέα στην θάλασσα και τα απέναντι νησιά, τα μικρά και τα μεγάλα "Τσουγκριά".

Τα διαμερίσματα έχουν δυο δύκλινα δωμάτια με μπάνιο, τηλεόραση, dvd, κλιματισμό, κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη, wc, και μεγάλες βεράντες.

Ενα ακόμη πλεονέκτημα είναι η μοναδική καθαριότητα και η φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρα.

The accommodation at Villa Marina consists of two apartments and two studios.

The apartments have 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds, a kitchen/living area and a WC with shower.

The studios have one large room with 2 beds, a small kitchen area and WC with shower.

They all have balconies overlooking the sea.

Στην αυλή του σπιτιού υπάρχει ψησταριά με κάρβουνα η οποία μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί ανά πάσα στιγμή.

Υπάρχει και πάρκινκ κλειστό για να έχετε το αυτοκίνητο πλάϊ σας.

Επίσης η στάση του λεωφορείου είναι έξω άπο τον κήπο.
Η απόσταση με το λεωφορείο ως τις Κουκουναριές είναι περίπου 15 λεπτά, ενώ προς την πολή είναι μόνο 5 λεπτά.

The bus stops just outside the villa and will take you to town (5 minutes) or Koukounaries (15 minutes).

If you prefer to walk to town, you can walk along the beaches of Vasilias and Megali Ammos all the way.

Villa Marina provides private, secure parking for those who rent cars or mopeds.

A BBQ is provided and a shady outdoors sitting area.
