Located in Koukounaries, 12 km away from the town, 600 metres away from Koukounaries beach.
It has 2-bedrooms and a separate living room with fully equipped kitchenette and fridge. There is a private yard, swimming pool with pool bar and parking place.

In a marvellous position on the hillside behind
Koukounaries beach, Villa Maria offers a lovely base for a family, just
300 metres from the beach's glorious sand and sea. Enjoying stunning views
down to the pine trees and the sea beyond, the house has a roomy interior,
with French windows leading on to a broad terrace and small front garden.
Maria is three minutes' walk to the bus stop for Skiathos town and even
less to the nearest tavernas.

Enjoying a superb position looking down towards
Koukounaries beach are the three Maria studios.
The cottage-studio, which stands on its own below the villa, consists of a cosy
bed-sitting room with French windows leading onto a private veranda.
Above the villa are a further pair of studios next to each other, their higher
position affording even more spectacular views of the coastline and seas of this
beautiful part of Skiathos.
Guests have the use of the swimming pool at Sergios Apartments, next door.

Situated in a quite corner of Koukounaries
area but just 10 minutes walk to the beach, Sergios Apartments is ideally
placed for a relaxing holiday in a green and pleasant environment.
There are many shops, tavernas and bars within 5 to 10 minutes walk and a large swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a snack bar in front of the accommodations. |
